road noise mediocre breakfast
I must say, the noise situation was less than stellar. a busy road right outside meant i heard motorbikes at 4 am. Not exactly the peaceful getaway i craved. and breakfast? oh, it was alright but nothing to write home about, maybe i should have just slept in.

quiet garden helpful staff
I enjoyed the QUIET garden and the pool area a lot. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. I found the staff helpful. They assisted with local recommendations.

mixed experience due to service issues
slow service inattentive staff
The service was notably slow . it took an excessive amount of time for drinks to arrive, even after multiple attempts to get a waiter's attention. the restaurant food quality was inconsistent. One dish arrived significantly later than the others. the staff did not seem attentive to refilling drinks.

AMAZING stay!!
kind staff seafood curries
The staff was genuinely kind and helpful. They were always nearby. The Kerala seafood curries were Excellent!!! I especially enjoyed the coconut cashew prawns and the fish curry with parotta. Laundry service was provided on short notice and they allowed me to check out later because I had a late flight.
The air conditioning in my room was not very efficient. Even when turned down to the minimum setting, the room was still warm.

The staff were kind and helpful, meeting every need. The food was also quite amazing, I especially loved the fresh seafood available daily. I felt charmed by the tranquil atmosphere that this hotel cultivates so well.
The wi-fi signal wasn't strong inside my room. I had to go to the lobby sometimes to get a reliable connection. This was a slight inconvenience .

I appreciated the attentive staff. They promptly addressed my needs. the room was clean, and i enjoyed the garden view from the windows. the hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options.
i noticed a slight delay in receiving my requested newspaper one morning.
